About Masjid Al Rasool

    Masjid Al Rasool was founded in 2004. The mission behind the foundation of the mosque was to provide a friendly environment for Muslims living in this region of the United States willing to participate religious activities. We have always tried to provide a spiritual environment to spread the true Islamic beliefs to those who attend our programs at the mosque, especially Farsi speaking Shia Muslims living in Bay Area.

    The Masjid Al Rasool's board of directors have always tried to provide services that satisfy social and religious needs of every Shia Muslim living in this area by providing various religious programs and activities. At the moment, Masjid Al Rasool provide services to individuals with different originality, such as Iranian, Afghan, Tajik, Iraqi, and others. Although, the location of mosque is in south bay, many participants attend the activities come from San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, San Jose, and Campbell.
